They were quite courteous and put the screen on quickly and well. Only thing bad I can say about this place is that you might get somebody who just can't do it very well.

I had an extremely horrible experience. The girl working there was extremely rude and highly unprofessional, considering she has a management position. She wanted to argue about when I made my purchase, which was clearly documented in their system. Twice in a 2 week period I had to have the shield replaced due to peeling. At this point I do not want a 3rd attempt. I asked for a refund. Apparently they only give partial refunds??? She got very snotty with me when I questioned the "partial refund" policy and said I was being rude. REALLY, I ask a question about MY MONEY AND IT'S CONSIDERED RUDE??? I pointed out that her customer service skills were very lacking and she proceeded to call security on me. I will never do business with them again. MY MONEY will be taken elsewhere. And to the owner of that business, you CAN find better quality employees that know how to work with the public.

50 dollars + 10 dollars Everytime you break it.. glass Screen protectors that last me just as long cost about 4 dollars on Amazon.. no idea what the 50 dollars was for but thought they replaced them for free if they broke.. First time replacing it I found out there was a fee.. Then It increased.. by trying to get a better quality product that I wouldn't have to replace as often I instead ended up spending 50 dollars then 2 weeks later it broke and now it broke again.. So now that totals 70 dollars for 3 screens in 3 months? This attempt at getting a quality product ended up costing me more money than saving me any so I basically lost 50 and will no longer even go there. Why would you even utilize this place at all if you have to pay 10 dollars Everytime you go on top of 50 dollars, AND have the inconvenience of having to go to the mall? Amazon delivers just as reliable tempered glass screen protectors and bring it right to your door for 1/2 the cost? Don't get fooled. Save your 50 dollars. And 6 more.. And 6 more, and 6 more.. and skip the hassle of getting to the mall. Very disappointed in this expense overcharging.
