  I just can't get over the rude salespeople in this store. I am not saying all of them are but when you run into a bad one boy, it really is bad! I was in sales for 23 years and was taught the proper way to treat customers so I know. It just floors me with the way some of them behave. Doesn't match the caliber of Williams-Sonoma. I'm surprised more people don't comment on this because I know it happens often, has to me anyway. As far as the way the store looks, sometimes it's really put together and other times the displays are messy, not filled in, dusty, in particular the French porcelain section, glassware and linens.
