  I used to love this store but most of the good and friendly people are gone. The pharmacy was always caring and helpful, but something changed and they are rude, snotty and uncaring. I had a good relationship with the pharmacy personnel as well as the pharmacist but not anymore. Forget calling for a problem with your prescription or to find out why the prescription wasn't filled, you will wait 30 minutes if it's not busy. Your doctor can't get through because they can't keep calling back trying to get through when the line is always busy. If you complain, instead of saying sorry they just say "we are VERY busy" in a very unfriendly tone. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere!
