  HORRIBLE !! Hasn't improved !! Dr. Called in prescription. I called in to check on it. They said "not called in" MY DOCTOR and STAFF are VERY reliable. Checked with Dr's office. Given time prescription was left on their answering machine. Called them back. They said "o" didn't check answering machine. Had to stay on line while they checked. They then said "O, we have it now" "We will call you as soon as it is ready" ! At 5:30 I called back and inquired as to prescription. They said we have 2 prescriptions ready for you. When I asked "Why didn't you call" They said. "I have no idea" ABSOLUTELY try NOT TO USE THEM. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST PROBLEM i HAVE HAD. I just thought it was time to tell others !
