  Just made a call to refill a prescription. The jerk I talked to was named Robert. Of course no last name! He was rude and obnoxious. He spoke to me as if I were an idiot. Well excuse me Robert I am not a pharmacy tech. I am a MBA and you were rude to the wrong person. I will be writing a letter to Walgreens about the fact that you are unacceptable to be dealing with the public.

  I would give the Pharmacy 5 stars if Jamin and his wife ran the pharmacy. Since Jamin left or when he is not there the place falls to pieces. Every time I call in for a refill they call to say there are insurance issues which my insurance has not changed in 30 plus years. Xena is very helpful also but some of the other techs and pharmacists are rude and incompetent. I will be changing my pharmacy if they don't step up their game soon!
