  I am a real VS junkie: an Angel Forever, and own a ton of their bras, panties, clothing, etc. The reason I am giving them only 3 stars today is that I had a terrible experience last week returning an item I purchased online. After getting although a nice bra from semiannual sale online, I decided I did not like the color. I went to the store in the Park Place mall to exchange it for a different color. They did not have it in stock. I told the sales associate that was at the register that I saw they still had it online that morning. So, she said she'd order it for me online to be delivered to my door. There was also a price drop of the item, so I even got refunded $5. I asked if I was going to receive an email about the new order, and she confirmed it. 5 days after that I still did not have an email, so I called their customer service to find out what was happening with the order. Apparently, the sales associate processed my exchange as if it had happened in the store and I had walked out of there with the bra!! When I was completely reassured by her that the item would be delivered to me from the online stock. It took the representative on the phone a while to figure out what was going on with that non-existent order that was already deducted from my refund. I spent over 30 min on the phone, when I already had taken time to go to the store to get it exchanged. I would say they have to train their employees better not to let customers down like that, because this really tainted my before wonderful experience with the VS products and service.

  Went in Monday night and the girls working around the panty bins were just very rude and unprofessional. Had to find around them, and there was barely any to choose from but they still didn't step aside, we had to ask twice. Worst of all we were looking at some and set them down on the top only to have one of the workers pick them up, rudely shove me aside so she could fold them, even after I told her we were taking those!! The way she forced herself in front of us was just not okay, at all and I understand they are doing their job and keeping it tidy but how are we expected to buy anything when it's going to be felt as an "inconvenience" to the workers. Very unprofessional and one of my worst experiences, felt very unwelcomed.
