  The worst experience I've had in a store in Tucson. I ordered an IPhone 8 and was told by Rob that it would be in by Tuesday. 17 days later it still hadn't arrived. I called numerous times and visited the store asking when it would be there. I was given a different excuse each time-the holidays, the weather, a fraud dept. holdup, an accidental cancellation, and finally it had been cancelled altogether. Of course I had never cancelled it. In fact I went to the store and talked to several other employees and told them I was waiting for it. Finally, I wasn't sure which one was telling the truth, and I could never determine what happened so I did call and cancel the order. I went to another Verizon store on Tanque Verde and they handed me a new silver IPhone. I didn't mind waiting for an order for the silver version, but all the stories they told were an insult. Beware!
