  Brought a VATS key blank for cutting to my original key. They said they wouldn't warranty it, but I said as long as it is cut right it will be fine. They did not cut it correctly, ruined my $20 blank, and no warranty. This is the 3rd time in a row they have not cut a key properly. I will not go back to them for key cutting. I have been doing business with this ACE for over 25 years now, spent $1,000's there and watch their service continue to go down hill. Not anymore.
