  I have been with this company for 20+ years. The techs are thorough, professional and always pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of pest control.

  We used University for 10 years for termite treatment. We had an issue with scorpions. I called the office and after the 3rd call a technician made a curt call to us saying the service wasn't free. We realized that. I then called the office again and told them what had occurred and I was willing to play the message to them. I was told the owner would call me the next day. That call never occurred. We literally have paid them thousands of dollars for their service. One would think they would have treated a long term customer in a professional manner. That didn't happen.

  Called University Pest Control for an initial inspection and was very impressed with their customer service. Was able to schedule right away and had great communication from the inspector on the day of. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer several questions that I had!

  Hi - My termite service has been satisfactory for many years. The termites have not been completely eliminated, but if I see a new one University comes to the house and sprays them. - Weed service really works. Thanks J. And thanks for not spraying too close to my Saguaro and Ocotillo- Pest spray is adequate as I only have a quarterly spray. - Bug service by K. was spectacular. - No luck with the mice service (two tech visits). - Good management by N. I recommend University. - Louise
