  Bait & Switch Personally had to go to an event & was recommend to go here. I was measured and fitted for a tuxedo. When I arrived on the week of the event. I received the lowest quality of tuxedos possibly one that didn't even fit to my body. (Why be sized?) I complain to the owner he said most people want the lowest quality for those types of events. How does he know how important my event was to me? It would have been better customer service if he would gave the customer options and ask if that customer wanted to pay for a higher quality. It should be up to the customer to decide how much an event is important or not. The event was once in a life time & to be ruin with a poorly fitted tuxedo cause you were switch with low quality bad fit tuxedo. Found out the day of the event.
