  Wow! Even before meeting Heather she was incredibly helpful. She sent me pictures and model numbers of rings in styles I was interested in. When I finally came to the store we were handed water bottles and had the undivided attention of three people. This was a very positive experience in stark contrast to Jared, where the salesman gave up on helping me within 7 minutes. Heather took the time to explain the pros and cons of each setting and metal type. She even recommended some band pairings. I also really appreciate that she was conscious of my budget as she cut me some deals, especially since they still had discounts on from the gem show. I highly recommend Trinity for their personalized customer service. Don't even bother with any other jeweler in Tucson!
