  I have had problems with my phone for a while. Finally took it in to see what was up. Rather than actually look at the phone, both employees looked at the account, and said I needed to buy a new phone for $600! These guys are only interested in their cut of the sale. Don't shop here until these employees move on. I had insurance for the phone. The problem is a manufacture defect. Free replacement. If the people at this store would have been interested in good business; they would have said something about this. The previous employees were great. I would never go to any other store. It is a 30 mile drive to get to this store. That is how loyal I was.
