  The showroom was very nicely presented. I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. Alex showed me around and was extremely helpful. I did not know exactly what I wanted but new what type of budget I wanted to stay within. Alex told me about the SNAP program and let me know I could qualify for no money down and order what I wanted. The only fall back was... he did not inform me PRIOR to taking my personal information for the SNAP program that there would be a $39.00 dollar processing fee for the SNAP program. I do not feel the fee is unreasonable for the service, however, I really would have felt more comfortable if I had all the information prior to submitting my information. I do not care for "surprises", or "hidden information". Alex spent a lot of time with me, he walked with me and calculated several different furniture choices I had made to see if the choices I made stayed within the budget I had set for myself. I really felt he put a lot of effort into assisting me. I informed him I would return the following day with a final decision. He new he was scheduled off the following day so called upon a co-worker, Chris to assist me upon my return. When I met Chris that first time with Alex. Chris had explained so much in just the very first moments I met him of which I had previously not been educated on so I looked forward to returning the next day to work with Chris. I did return the following day with my husband and Chris made himself available for us. Chris was always extremely helpful and we finally decided on a kitchen table and love-seat recliner set. I was and still am a little unsure about the SNAP program, but did contact them by phone this morning and they mentioned a CONTRACT, that I have not received as of yet and am waiting for them to email to me to review.... The SNAP agent said I would need to call back the day my furniture arrived to go over the contract and choose a payment method, which is different than what I was told in the store.... I believe the sales staff at the store are wonderful, helpful, courteous, and professional. However, the contract part of it, seems to have some holes in it..... I know I am confused...... I would recommend this furniture store to my friends. My friends have had wonderful experiences with dealing with this store.....Sam's and the SNAP program were both in contact regular to make sure Sam's has NOT responded, and SNAP keeps telling me it is not their dept... Very frustrating to finance something and once you do, you are forgotten unless the payment is due....
