  A good shopping experience all around. Not knowing one used appliance store from another here in Tucson, I took a chance on Rosano's because they had several good reviews posted here. Now I know why. These brothers are great. Very nice and give great service. Fernando found me just the washing machine I needed at a good price and had it delivered the next day. Eddie delivered it and tested everything on the machine to make sure it was in good working order, before he left it with me. I'm very pleased that this was the place I picked to shop and will be going back for future used appliance purchases.

  I called yesterday as I needed a refrigerator installed before my guest arrived at my condo tomorrow. They gave me an excellent price which included a 6 month guarantee. They already have the broken fridge out and the new one installed and even sent me a picture. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
