  Paid over $500 for a bike that the technician said was worth double that. Rode it for maybe a month before I had problems with it. They said, "Bring it in and we can fix it for you." Showed up and they said they did not remember me or the conversation and that a receipt was required for validation. Three months later... I just got back into town and took the bike to Bookmans and they said that it would cost at least $500 to fix it. So you are telling me I bought something that I rode for a month and now have to spend an equal amount of money to fix it?!? I don't think so. AVOID this store at all costs. They have no idea what they are doing. They seem to be more concerned with the sale than the customers. Will not be returning.
