  Disappointed with their service.... I asked to put an item on hold and the guy offered to hold it over the weekend until Monday. I called Monday night to extend the hold for one more day until I could pick it up as it was a big item, I couldn't reach anyone since they didn't answer the phone line after several attempts....I call Tuesday morning, they were still closed so I called back when they open to fund out they sold the item I had on hold, wow what kind of customer service is that. You don't tell a customer a price, volunteer to hold the item then turn around to sell it for more money. I call it, very poor customer service and I will look elsewhere for the item I had on hold. Maybe somewhere else I can get better customer service!
