  I followed the arrows and signs to check out. As I stood there waiting to be served, two people went to the register from the exit side. The cashier didn't say a thing and just allowed them to cut me off. The store is a mess and confusing. The cashiers need to pay attention. I'm not happy.

  Most of my experience with this store is with the printing services. Two times I have worked with Mike in printing and both times I have been THRILLED with the level of service and care he has always provided, helping us navigate pricing and layout to make everything perfect for us. He's a true asset to this store. I refuse to work with anyone else back there. I've only interacted with two other employees, but one in particular was incredibly rude to us because we were quoted a price the day before and when we came to pick up our order it was TWICE what we were quoted. I'm an incredibly patient and reasonable customer, but a $70 difference in price is not something I would just brush off. The manager was helpful in fixing the pricing for us, while this employee very audibly told a coworker that she was "so done" helping us. I won't put her name because I don't feel like it's necessary, and I'm hoping she had a bad day and that this isn't typical behavior. But, bottom line, if you want your print job done right, wait for Mike. He's the best.
