  I purchased a bag online and when I put the wrap on the Selma 3-in-1 it fell apart!!!!! When I went to the store to try to get them to replace it they only replaced the wrap and not both items! Seeing as both items had problems this should have been done! After almost 3 weeks of dealing with this situation I returned the bag!!!! When I did the one lady who had been helping me acted like she had no idea why I was so upset and why I wanted to return it!!!! She acted like an idiot and made her self look like a fool! Then when I went to leave her associate said “hope you have a better rest of your day” and laughed!!!! This place has the worst customer service and employees! I am done making any sort of purchase from Michael Kors after they can’t even fix the situation of their defective products!!!!
