  We were looking for a mattress and my husband suggested that we stop at the Mattress Firm to take a look. I was suspect, because I was afraid of a hard sell, but went along with his idea. I was pleasantly surprised because Tyler was awesome! He was knowledgeable, patient, and I appreciated that he wasn't pushy. Had he been, I would have walked out and left with a negative impression of the company. He seemed to really care that we get the best product for what we wanted. He's the best kind of sales person, so if you're looking for a new name brand mattress, I recommend checking out the 3352 Speedway store.

  Thank you Wayne for the great experience picking the best mattress for my needs while being respectful of my budget. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy more than I needed. Actually, not only was I not pressured to buy more but, I was not pressured when I wanted to buy less - I called a day later requesting a cancellation of the motorized base, it had not been delivered so he said no problem! OK, the story goes on a little bit farther ... The red carpet delivery guys are here (on time) to exchange my mattress. Thank you Wayne and Mattress Firm for your great return policy!
