  Dear Ladies Footlocker associate at the Tucson mall, I hope I never see you because what you did tonight to my sister and family is disgusting. How dare you embarrass and belittle a 14 year old who has Developmental Disabilities. She may have a speech impediment but, you shouldve been more understanding, and patient. It is your job to help those who come into your store. She told you 3x what size of shoes she wanted and she did an extremely good job with her pronunciation and today was the first day she felt comfortable enough to something for herself independently. To any other person like yourself may think it is small but for her it was a big step. Thank you for taking that away from her, how dare you get in my mother's face. How dare you harass my family when they left and went into another store because you couldn't be understanding or apologetic. How dare you follow my family and continue with your insanity and tell my mom if she wants to take this outside who Do You Think You Are?! You are extremely lucky I left when I did because if I was there you wouldn't have known what hit you. Sincerely a pissed-off big sister

  I just spoke with someone to ask if they had a specific shoe and to see what the prices are for shoes for my wife. My wife has told me on multiple occasions about the terrible service from this store. The young lady I spoke with was short with me, rude, and before I could ask about another shoe, simply said, "Well, Kay bye." And hung up on me. This place needs to be shut down and just add more stock to the regular foot locker at this location. Or get management that has a spine to train their staff and not let them do whatever they feel like at that moment like leave the store unattended for hours to sit in the back on the phone (one of my wife's horror stories or customer service)
