They told me it would take no longer than 12 days, but normally around 8-10. I waited for a call and waited and on the 12 day I called and asked if the ring might have come back yet. They said yes it got in Thursday, (mind you that was 4 days before I called) I was disappointed they hadn’t called but I was happy to have gotten my ring back!
