  Their products are fine but their customer service is not good. Phone calls are not returned. Kitchen cabinets were delivered weeks earlier than requested and had to be stored in our living room; office cabinets were delivered weeks late with no adequate explanation. Countertops installed in the office area a month ago have unacceptable seam lines, and the person responsible for the work keeps sending out workmen who have no authorization to re-install or repair.
