  I drove to this store all the way from the Northwest side of town because they were the only one in town that had the flooring I was looking for. I located the flooring in the store but it was damaged. They said they could order it new and it would arrive in two weeks or less. I purchased it. The next day they said it was ready for pick up. I called the store and inquired as to how that was possible. They admitted that it wasn't, and it was the previously damaged boxes from the store. The employee then proceeded to attempt to argue with my request for a new box to be ordered. Eventually he gave in and said they would order the new boxes. The next day, same thing. This time I drove across town to the store. You guessed it, they had the same damaged boxes ready for pick up. I spoke to customer service, the original flooring guy, and a manager. They assured me the problem would get fixed, and that my flooring was on the way to the store. One week later, I get a notice that my order is finally in. I drove all the way across town and... it's the same damaged boxes. This time they have no answers, and they say that I can take what's there or wait longer for my flooring to come in. They also state that it appears that my order isn't really on the way like I was told a week prior, but in fact, their supplier isn't sure when they'll have it in to ship. Some of the staff were friendly and apologetic, but that only goes so far when you continually deal with incompetence at all levels, and false promises. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  Nice selection of pots this year. Reasonable prices on plants especially roses. They had several selections of grade 1-1/2 . There was adequate staffing on Sunday.
