    The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is because the furniture is beautiful and the deliverymen were nice. We went in May for the sale that they were having. We ordered the Oak Park Set. We were told if we made payments it would not be ordered until the final payment was made, however, if I pay it in full with cash it would be ordered immediately. We were moving and wanted it to arrive the day before the movers did, so I paid cash and told David that we had a CA King bed. He said it would need to be special ordered from their warehouse in CA and that it would take 2-3 weeks to receive. David called me about 2 weeks later and we made arrangements for delivery to the new house. It was to be delivered on a Tuesday. Monday someone was supposed to call me to confirm delivery time. No one called, so I called them and asked the person I spoke to, to verify that it was indeed a California king bed. He said yes that it was. It was delivered the next day, however, something looked off. When I mentioned CA King, the delivery man started taking pictures of the bed. I asked why he was doing that and he said it was just routine. The next day, the movers said that they delivered a standard king ,not a CA King because they could not get the bed into the frame. The movers were able to move the frame up against the wall and put our bed on its old frame. I had to wait til the next day to call because of the movers bringing items in. I told David what happened and his solution was to leave it the way it was until they could figure out what happened and order a new one. That was not going to happen. I made them send the guys back out and disassemble the bed and take away the wrong frame and rails, and leans the head and floorboards up against the wall. I had to keep calling to find out what happened and when I was going to get my bed. He finally told me that someone, either in their store or the warehouse forgot to put the c on the end of the order number to indicate CA King. That it would take another 3 weeks to get the correct bed, which would put it at the end of July. He told my husband and I that we would be compensated for the long delay. In July David called and said that there was a delay and that the bed would not arrive until the end of August.That the rails were made in China. I told him I wanted the media stand as the compensation. David said that would not be a problem. The bed finally arrived August 25th, 3 months after I paid cash for a quick delivery. I called David to let him know it finally arrived and when was I going to get the media cabinet as per our agreement for the compensation for waiting so long for my bed. He stated I lied about him saying I'd receive compensation and that I lied about the original screw up. How could I lie about it when he was the one who told me about it. I told him the furniture was beautiful but the service was horrible and I would not recommend that anyone go there to get furniture. I would recommend the place across the street.
