  Don't really think of El Con as much as a place as the name of where many seperate stores are located. The center is not laid out well to drive around nor are places really close enough to walk unless you really want exercise. There are a nice collection of stores here and it works fine to come in to go to one of them.

  Individualized shopping establishments, not unlike a strip mall only much larger and uncovered, all are outdoor walk to and from but a strategic parking job will give easy access to desired establishments all are cart and handicap accessible, if one does not mind being outdoors, to and fro. Especially when wanting to visit more than one... in a one stop mall.
