  Still waiting, been here an hour and a half. I had to coax them to input my insurance info after the first hour, cause they didn't do it initially when I provided it. I told them I was waiting for the prescriptions for my sick 8 year old daughter. Pharmacist said she didn't process it cause she didn't see me waiting there... An hour and forty five minutes later...yeah poor customer service.

  Staff seems friendly enough until you have a coupon, seems like there is a gap in the communications dept of this CVS. I went in for a simple passport photo, found a $2 off coupon on the corp website. When i got there after having my photo taken i presented my coupon on my phone with the bar code incase the bar scan fails. With directions to the cashier on how to apply it. Instead of punching the code or even trying to scan the bar code they simply stated they cannot except it unless its been printed out. (Side question just what do you do with the printputs?) Know where on the website or the fine print of the coupon did it say you have to print anything out, only the option. If there has been a policy change then why isnt it posted anywhere? (This makes you look stupid especially when asked for proof you could not produce any such notice) This is why your store continues to get low reviews, you dont seem to care about your customers or how messed up your store policies are. Do you really think one $2 discount is going to get you fired? Just so you know I went acrossed the street to Walgreens and paid full price just because of your basic lack to problem solve on your own, how hard would it have been to scan or even try to punch in the code. This is where you failed at customer service and your manager is to blame, might be time to consider a different carrer path manager dude.
