We ordered three sets of Intermetro shelves for pick up in the store. The assembly instructions were to be in an envelope with the order. When we got home (an hour away) not only were the instructions not included, 3 sets of the corner locking devices were missing. I immediately called the manager and was told she would send them out to me that day. It is now 4 days later and we have received nothing. Terrible customer service!
