  They had exactly what we were looking for I had stopped at three other places before we got to Boot Barn. The gal Megan was very helpful she got the right size and the right fit for my daughter. She even offer to call and find the boots that we were looking for and have them delivered wonderful customer service thank you so much.

  When I went to the Boot Barn in December the lady that helped us was WONDERFUL!!!! I went today 1-12-18 and the lady in the long black hair older woman was nasty!! She lost the store a lot of money. We were there to buy items for my sons wedding..
