    Absolutely AWFUL!!!! I have come to this location numerous times hoping that it was just a bad day for customer service but it seems to only get worse. I first went to this location to register, everything went smoothly nothing special to talk about except I was there for almost 2 hours and no on offered any help or even asked if I was still doing okay. My husband and I are about to be first time parents any kind of guidance would have been a HUGE help but we had no idea what to register for or look at or what we needed so by the end of it we just felt lost. When it came to the registry my mother ended up purchasing a chair and ottoman for the nursery that we were super excited about but a month after we still had not received any notification on the chair. I called in and the person on the phone didn't ask any questions just told me I needed to call the corporate phone for them to track it. I called the corporate office and they told me that the information was false the store is responsible for looking up the special orders. So instead of spending the rest of my life on the phone I went into store and met with someone to find my chair. Jason was the ONLY good thing about this store he went above and beyond helping us to find the chair it took him almost 45 minutes but he was upbeat and super helpful throughout the entire visit. He was the only thing that made me feel better. A few days later after calling my mother she made me aware the because she spend so much money on my chair I qualified for additional discounts on everything in my registry and the person that had helped her at her Babies R Us told her I would start receiving 30% off everything on my registry. I went into the location and asked how that worked and the girl was very rude and said that it was wrong information and I would only be receiving 10% and only 10-12 weeks AFTER the baby is born. I moved on and decided to buy a stroller while at the location my husband and I found one we like and waited since it was on a high shelf. Two of the employees were messing around with the girl clothes and talking and laughing and didn't offer help to us until my husband and I were both looking at them. When we asked what we should do they told us that we could just pull it off the shelf. Luckily my husband is a trooper and could pull it off the top. When checking out Jason came back and rung us out he was again super helpful and personality cant be beat and even helped us when our coupon wouldn't take with giving us another discount he offered to take the stroller out for us and made the end of the visit a lot better. But EVERYONE else in that store needs a lesson from the man on customer service.
