    UPDATE: The experience since that day has been HORRIBLE!!! I have every intention of cancelling this order. I am too angry right now to do so. Apparently, the Store's delivery department delivers furniture whenever they wish. A scheduled appointment means NOTHING!!! I am pulling out my driveway for Church Sunday morning. What do I have pulling up in front of my house---Ashley Delivery Truck!! Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday after 4pm??? I come home Tuesday--- I have three messages on my phone that they are coming and they are here!!! It's 10am!!! I have very excitable dogs; I have a sign outside. This delivery person rang my door bell and upset my dogs. The sign states NOT to ring or knock. I have done business with Sam Levitz forever; first time with the Ashley portion. Not a fan........ My experience was great! I went in to see if the recliner I had saved a picture of on my phone was in the store. It was!! Sammy took me right to the the chair of my dreams!! She took care of the financing quickly and painlessly and my chair will be delivered in days!! So Happy!

    Very happy with the customer service we received. Dominic was so helpful and very patient with us while we took forever picking out a new mattress. We will definitely return for future purchases.

    In store sales staff was great. Customer service after the store is another story. I asked for a morning delivery got a 4 hour window between 1PM-5PM missed a day of work to that. Received couch realized after drivers left I didn’t receive cleaning kit I paid for, tested the rest of features(not displayed by delivery drivers) part of recliner not working. Called they said they could replace or send technician. I opted for the technician (opt for the replacement if you do buy from them with any issues) they said I would receive a call next day. 2 days pass no call from technician so I call and get run around to finally speak to the correct person. It’s been 72hrs from the delivery they can’t take it back technicians only work on Tuesday so noting available for 2 weeks. Hopefully I get this fixed without missing another day of work. On a positive note the couch is nice quality (if everything worked) the service after the store is less than expected. 4 stars for the store staff 4 stars for the quality of product. 0 stars for out of store service so far. I’d give 2.5 overall if it was an option. Edit: Eduardo (my salesman) called I have a replacement on the way a week sooner than the technician. 5 star in store team make sure you double check EVERYTHING upon delivery and only deal with your salesman unless you absolutely have to call the service center. Would be a 5 star review minus the way the issues were initially handled. I was also informed you can call delivery team a day in advance and possibly have them work around your schedule (I will be doing this) 3 star at the moment but will change to 4 if no further issues.
