  I was just in the store today for the first time and was greeted by Linus and his dog Savannah (hope I've got the name right?). I brought in a gemstone ring for him to look at that had gotten very cloudy and wasn't sure if it could be restored. He thought it could be and referred me to another jeweler to try a good cleaning first. He showed me around the store before I left and answered my questions. It's a beautiful store with a nice selection. I'll be back Linus and will be sure to refer others to you. Thank you for the great customer service.
