Claim: I am only upset by the service in this store, but not the Apple products. I came in for a battery replacement service. Five issues: 1. 3 weeks ago, the assistant in this store told me my replacement battery would arrive in 1 week. 2. When I came back to pick up the phone after leaving it at the store for 2 hours, the store was in chaos and I could not find anyone to pick up the phone. I went to the front desk and ask if anyone could help, the lady there told me to wait 'in line'. I told her and showed her there was no line, and if there was somewhere I could wait, then just show me and I would wait there. She kept saying I needed to wait in 'line'. Then she grabbed another assistant and he told me I could go to anyone. Then he complained I was not listening. Only after I insisted that he showed me one who could help did he told me to wait around the assistant with a cap. I would not call these two assistants helpful. 3. After some wait, the assistant with a cap seemed nice and told me someone was taking my phone to me. After waiting for 10 min, one assistant approached me and asked me if I was waiting for someone to take my phone. So in this 10 min period, they did nothing. 4. After another 10 min wait I was told that the battery change failed as there was liquid in my phone. The only fix is to change to a new iPhone 6 for $299. 5. I was showed with their maintenance notes with some pictures of my phone taken apart. The assistant said these materials were going to be sent to me. It's not. After some time. I came back to the store to look into the new iPhone X. In less than 3 min two assistants came up and asked if I needed their help. I hate to think that these people in the store do not hesitate to show their eager to get your money and reluctance to really help you. In short: I enjoy using iPhone, as my iPhone 6 worked for over 3 years with only the problem of a drained battery. I also know personally a few hardware developers in Apple. But what the people in this store do is taking advantage of others' hard work for their own benefit (as they are the only seller in town), while destroying the credit those developers build into Apple products. Seeing this makes me sad.
