  I was looking for a sectional sofa with another company which I could not find, as I was lost. Very new in town of Tucson and Arizona altogether... I stopped at the Affordable sales and asked for directions. I was very much taken by the friendliness and smile of both the Sales Manager Sandra and the gentleman standing next to her who I believe was the owner? Even though they gave me directions, there was something about their approach of willingness towards me that made me stay there, never make it to the other furniture store and ended up buying an even more gorgeous sectional from there on that day. Sandra did everything to show me all their portfolio and designs for such a long time. I was there for quite a time, wanting to make sure I purchase exactly what I needed and liked. She also gave me such a great deal on that sectional. To make it even better, she has such an engaging personality and truly cares about your preferences and what you need as customer. I witnessed other customers coming in to purchase and also pay their bill and they all spoke to her with such ease and familiarity as if they are good friends. That really impressed me. When my sectional sofa arrived, the two gentlemen that delivered it were so professional, careful not to scratch any walls coming in and very calm and detailed. Most of the delivery guys rush to get in and out. Not those guys! They had a smile and asked me where I wanted the sectional to go, they put it all together and were so polite, I loved it. Manners will get you anywhere, rudeness, not so much. Just today I called in to speak with Sandra again. I just relocated out of state and needed a bed!!!! Badly... She made it happen over the phone, took 5minutes and we were done. She knew what I wanted, needed it and again, their payment plan is just unbeatable.... Highly recommend this location and company. They are personal, detailed, caring, superb!!!!!! Thank you all and Happy Christmas to you!!!!! Shae M.
