  We had Accura come to our home & redo all of our alarm contacts which included windows, doors etc. due to the recent monsoon activity. It turned into a week affair when it was to be a 1-2 day job. We had to cancel our plans my husband and I had together which had been planned for 2 months. We know some of the people there for many years , the newer employees we do not know so well and although polite we just did not feel as though he was competent to complete the work we needed done. I would not recommend our family or friends until all the employees are experienced and trained to the same level.
